At Myo Balanced, we value your time and strive to provide the highest level of care. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the session cost.

No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a full charge for the missed session.

Emergency Situations: We understand that unforeseen emergencies can occur. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to your appointment, we may need to shorten the session to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. Full session fees will still apply. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. In this case, you will be charged the full session fee. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please understand that this may affect other scheduled appointments.

Due to the virtual nature of Myo Balanced therapies, we require clients to be seated comfortably in front of a computer or device. Your full, undivided attention is essential for the success of the therapy session. Additionally, we ask that you have proper lighting to ensure the therapist can see you clearly. Failure to adhere to these requirements may result in the rescheduling of your session at the therapist’s discretion. Full session fees may apply.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time and the time of others. If you have any questions or need to reschedule, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • Change in Therapy Plan: If your treatment plan needs to be adjusted due to medical reasons, we will discuss alternatives with you, including possible credits or adjustments to the fees based on the services rendered.

  • Early Termination Fee: If therapy is discontinued before completing three full sessions, a $99 fee will be charged to cover the cost of the supply kit.

  • Supply Kit Loss: If the supply kit is lost, a new kit will be shipped out for a fee of $25. The kit is included in the cost of the therapy.

Satisfaction: While we aim for the best outcomes through our myofunctional therapy services, please understand that results may vary from person to person. If you feel dissatisfied with the progress of your therapy after a reasonable course of treatment (typically 6-8 sessions), we encourage you to discuss your concerns with us. We will review your progress and make adjustments to the treatment plan as needed.

Refund Request Process: If you feel you are entitled to a refund under this policy, please submit a written request to tiffanyconklin@myobalanced.com outlining your reasons for requesting the refund. We will review your case and notify you of the outcome in a timely manner.
